10' x 15' along the wall or in between two isles. $40 for one-day, $70 for weekend

Spaces can be requested by email, over the phone, or by showing up the day of the market. Spaces are marked by tape on the floor. Walking isles are not to be used for display, and must remain clear for walking.
Reserved Spaces:
The best thing New Brunswick has to offer for our vendors is that you don't have to set-up week to week. Reserve your spot for the following week by paying ahead!
Reserved spaces need to be paid for one week ahead. Belongings can be left in spaces throughout week so that no set-up is needed week-to-week.
Set-up:
Set-up begins at 8:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
Friday afternoons will also be available to deliver/set-up items from 4:00pm to 6:00pm for vendors who pay ahead of time.
Each vendor is allowed to do with their spot as they wish. Build walls, set-up crafting areas, display cases, shelving units. The choice is yours and New Brunswick allows complete freedom for creativity.
Rules:
With the purchase and payment of a vendor spot or admission to New Brunswick Flea Market, patron assumes all responsibility for bodily injury and safety of belongings. New Brunswick Flea Market will not be held responsible for any of the above mentioned items.

- Premise must be cleared :30 after closing time
- No animals allowed on premise, besides service animals
- Items sold at market must be legal to sell in the state of Connecticut. Items that pose a risk like antique guns, knives, pornographic material, etc. must be displayed in a case and out of reach of consumers. Vendors must be sole party responsible for handling, and assume any risk of having item at the market.
- Food is restricted from being sold at New Brunswick without explicit consent of New Brunswick Management.
- Vendors are responsible for trash and any left over items. Everything must be taken with you if your spot is not reserved for the following week.
- Management reserves the right to eliminate any item they deem unacceptable for the market.
